It's a program designed to make the storage, documentation, and upkeep of nutrient management plans easier. Users can
import NRCS 590 spreadsheets of approved nutrient management plans, draw fields and setbacks on online maps, and generate reports
of nutrient budgets, plan completeness, and plan consistency to facilitate the coordination and verification of plans with NRCS.
